***Please note that all cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the logos above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PayPal is an excellent payment choice for those who do not have a credit card issued by the vendors above. With your PayPal account, you can use a variety of payment methods to make your Selfie Leslie purchase. When checking out, use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout like normal!

Congratulations on scoring a promo code! When you enter it at checkout, make sure to type it exactly as shown—no extra spaces or typos. You can also copy and paste the code directly into the “Discount/Coupon Code” box on the checkout page. Hit “Apply,” and your updated total will appear instantly.

Shipping

Orders shipped within Australia typically arrive in 3–5 business days. For more details, check out our Shipping Page.

Most Australian orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary based on product availability, and we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. For further details, visit our Shipping Page.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder and add support.au@selfieleslie.com to your safe senders list. You can also view your order status by signing into your Selfie Leslie account.

For security reasons, we’re unable to change the delivery address once an order is placed.

We’re excited to share that Selfie Leslie now offers a more seamless shopping experience for our international customers.

You can now:

  • Shop in your local currency
  • See all taxes and duties included at checkout
  • Avoid surprise fees upon delivery

This means the total cost you see at checkout is your final cost—no additional customs fees or tax bills from carriers like FedEx or UPS when your order arrives.

Lost packages are rare, but if this happens, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. Selfie Leslie is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or for lost/misdelivered parcels. We strongly recommend keeping your postage receipt for reference.

Order Information

We want you to feel amazing in your Selfie Leslie outfit! For general sizing information, check out our Size Guide. If you still have specific questions about how an item fits or need help with measurements, our Customer Service team is here to assist you—just send us an email.

We’re sorry your order didn’t go through! Please contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll work quickly to figure out what went wrong and help resolve the issue.

Our most popular styles can sell out fast! If the item you love is sold out, select your size on the product page and sign up for our Back in Stock notifications. You’ll receive an email as soon as the item becomes available again.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help you cancel it. Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note, due to time zone differences between Australia and other countries, we can’t guarantee your request will be received before the order ships—but we’ll do our best! Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel or change it.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it’s been placed. However, you can cancel your order before it ships and place a new one with the correct item or size. Reach out to our Customer Service team for help with canceling your order.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package ships. If you have a Selfie Leslie account, you can also track your order by logging in and following these steps:

  1. Click “My Account” in the upper-right corner of our website.
  2. Select “Purchase History.”
  3. Click “Shipment” to view tracking details.

Tracking information will be available once your parcel has been dispatched. If you haven’t received a shipping email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your junk folder or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
