SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are usually shipped within one - two business days (24 - 48 Hours) (Monday - Friday) of purchase from Sydney, AU. To ensure your order is shipped first before all other standard orders, we recommend purchasing the expedited express option.

When your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. (To prevent package theft, orders with a value of $300+ will require a signature upon receipt)

After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues the carrier encounters on their end.
