3. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following:
- Follow @selfie_leslie on Instagram
- Join the Selfie Leslie Broadcast Channel
- Join SL Society
- Tag the most influential woman you know
Multiple entries are permitted. All entries must be made by the individual entrant. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place on 22nd of April
Winners will be notified via [Instagram DM / email] using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
If a winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the initial notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same method.
6. Prize Conditions
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
- The prize must be taken as offered. No substitutions will be made except at the Promoter's sole discretion.
7. Filming & Image Consent
By attending the prize event, the winner (and any guests) consent to being photographed and/or filmed. The Promoter may use any such footage or images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify the Promoter prior to attending.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, contact winners, and where you have consented for marketing communications. By entering, you acknowledge that your entry information may be stored and processed in accordance with that policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries, technical failures, or failures of any third-party platforms (including Instagram). The Promoter's liability in connection with this promotion is limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. General
- This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
- The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
