Understanding Selfie Leslie Sizing

Please note that the sizing varies greatly between brands and styles, so we recommend using our chart only as a general guide. 

To ensure the best fit, please measure yourself with a measuring tape and refer to our centimeter and inch size charts instead of relying solely on the size equivalent chart for various countries.

How to Measure Yourself

To get the most accurate measurements, follow these tips:

  • Wear your undergarments: Always wear the undergarments and support garments you plan on wearing with the outfit. This ensures you measure accurately.
  • Use a new measuring tape: Old measuring tapes may stretch out and be inaccurate. To verify accuracy, line up your measuring tape with a plastic or wooden ruler. If the inches/centimeters match, you’re good to go!
  • Relax: Do not suck in your stomach or hold your breath. Relax your body and keep your arms down and relaxed during measurement. Get a friend to assist you so you can get the most accurate measurements.
  • Tape Position: The measuring tape should be just snug enough but not tight. Gently wrap and overlap the measuring tape to get the most accurate measurements.
  • Measurements:
    • Bust: Measure around the largest part of your bust.
    • Hips: Measure around the largest part of your hips.
    • Waist: Measure around your waist, right above your belly button.

What if You’re in Between Sizes?

If you are between sizes, always choose the larger size. For example, if your bust and waist are a size 4, but your hips are a size 6, order a size 6 for comfort. You might need to make slight alterations to areas that are a little loose. Some alternative undergarments may also help fill out the difference.

Description

  • Each tube contains 15mL of CLUTCH
  • APPLICATION
  • STEP 1: Apply CLUTCH to clean, dry skin where you’d like to stick your clothes
  • Use sparingly on delicates to prevent seepage and use a little more for a stronger hold on thicker fabrics
  • STEP 2: Let CLUTCH get tacky (approx. 30 seconds)
  • STEP 3: Place your clothes onto the glued area and press down gently
  • CLUTCH needs time to set and gets stronger with time, so minimise your movement for 5-10mins
  • Our rule is - thin application for thin fabrics and thick application for thick fabrics. For your thinner fabrics like silk and lace, applying CLUTCH nice and thin ensures it won't seep through the fabric. If you find it doesn't feel secure enough, apply CLUTCH thinly but over a larger surface area of skin. For thicker fabrics, ensure that you give CLUTCH more time to get tacky on the skin before putting your clothes on. Minimising your movement for 5-10mins is ESSENTIAL for both thick and thin application to ensure CLUTCH will hold you in all night long.
  • REMOVAL
  • STEP 1: Gently peel clothing from skin or wet the area with a damp cloth to loosen the glue (especially if you want to keep your tan intact)
  • STEP 2: Rinse skin with water or wipe with a damp cloth
  • STEP 3: Wash clothing as per the care instructions. For dry clean only, spot clean the glue then take to the dry cleaner as usual

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items for Australia Customers Only.

Exchanges are 100% FREE! Simply choose 'Exchange' in the return portal to select a new size if available.

Return Requirements

  • Please visit our returns portal within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must also be postmarked within the same 30-day window to qualify.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free of perfumes or odors.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) attached.

  • All items must be returned with ALL accessories (i.e. scarf, belt, veil, etc.) that were originally included with the item that is being returned.

  • Any items marked “Final Sale” (including items discounted by 40% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns: bodysuits, jewelry, perfume, makeup, styling accessories, swimwear and undergarments.

  • International orders are not eligible for return.

We’re currently unable to accept international returns due to the high cost, extended shipping times, and complex customs regulations involved. These factors make it difficult for us to process returns in a timely and reliable way while ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Return Options and Fees

  • Store Credit - 100% value refunded as credit: no return fee. Store Credit never expires and can be used anytime for anything on the website.

  • Exchange - 100% free: no fees at all! Select a new size during the return process.

  • Refund - $9.75: return fee deducted from your refund. Refunds issued to your original payment method.

Please note: We charge this small return fee for refunds to help cover the costs of processing, shipping, and restocking returned items. This allows us to continue offering high-quality service, fast shipping, and free exchanges and store credit returns—while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

  • Return for refund fee of $9.75 applies per return request (RMA). Not per item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Store credit cannot be converted to a cash or card refund.

  • If you paid for shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will not be refunded when your return is processed. Items that do not meet the above requirements may be returned to you at an additional cost.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after your return arrives at our facility, allowing our team time to inspect the item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Please note: We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our warehouse, but high-volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you're concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact us at support@selfieleslie.com.au

  • Once issued, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Store credit and exchanges are issued upon dropping off your package with the mail carrier.

Important to Know:

  • Items that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded and will be shipped back at your expense.

  • Non-Selfie Leslie items received will be donated.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their return is postmarked within the 30-day return window.

  • Selfie Leslie reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at any time due to irregular or excessive return patterns.

  • Orders placed during promotional free return periods are exempt from the standard return fee.
