Standard Shipping Schedule

Orders are usually shipped within one - two business days (24 - 48 Hours) (Monday - Friday) of purchase from Sydney, AU. To ensure your order is shipped first before all other standard orders, we recommend purchasing the expedited express option.

When your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. (To prevent package theft, orders with a value of $300+ will require a signature upon receipt)

After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues the carrier encounters on their end.

We ship to the address YOU provide. Please ensure all information is 100% accurate before submitting your order.

Once an order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes.

Selfie Leslie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse in Sydney.

If you have any problems with your delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items for Australia Customers Only.

Exchanges are 100% FREE! Simply choose 'Exchange' in the return portal to select a new size if available.

Return Requirements

• Please visit our returns portal within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must also be postmarked within the same 30-day window to qualify.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free of perfumes or odors.

• All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) attached.

• All items must be returned with ALL accessories (i.e. scarf, belt, veil, etc.) that were originally included with the item that is being returned.

• Any items marked “Final Sale” (including items discounted by 40% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns: bodysuits, jewelry, perfume, makeup, styling accessories, swimwear and undergarments.

• International orders are not eligible for return.

We’re currently unable to accept international returns due to the high cost, extended shipping times, and complex customs regulations involved. These factors make it difficult for us to process returns in a timely and reliable way while ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Return Options and Fees

• Store Credit - 100% value refunded as credit: no return fee. Store Credit never expires and can be used anytime for anything on the website.

• Exchange - 100% free: no fees at all! Select a new size during the return process.

• Refund - $9.75: return fee deducted from your refund. Refunds issued to your original payment method.

Please note: We charge this small return fee for refunds to help cover the costs of processing, shipping, and restocking returned items. This allows us to continue offering high-quality service, fast shipping, and free exchanges and store credit returns—while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

• Return for refund fee of $9.75 applies per return request (RMA). Not per item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Store credit cannot be converted to a cash or card refund.

• If you paid for shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will not be refunded when your return is processed. Items that do not meet the above requirements may be returned to you at an additional cost.

Processing Time

• Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after your return arrives at our facility, allowing our team time to inspect the item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Please note: We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our warehouse, but high-volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you're concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact us at support@selfieleslie.com.au

• Once issued, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

• Store credit and exchanges are issued upon dropping off your package with the mail carrier.

Important to Know:

• Items that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded and will be shipped back at your expense.
  

• Non-Selfie Leslie items received will be donated.
  

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their return is postmarked within the 30-day return window.
  

• Selfie Leslie reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at any time due to irregular or excessive return patterns.
  

• Orders placed during promotional free return periods are exempt from the standard return fee.
  

• Our business hours are: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (AEST).
